Zach is not a trainer who pumps out pre-designed workouts and phoning it in. His unique value is that he takes a genuine interest in his clients and maximizes our time with workouts that he clearly puts time into thinking through before I show up...every time. Hello, I’m Zach Wilmot, a personal trainer with over nine years of experience in the fitness industry. Having spent the last few years working with a startup during the COVID-19 pandemic and having minimal availability for personal training clients, I'm happy to open my books to new clients again. The gym has always been a sanctuary for me, where practicing self-love, discipline, and dedication has transformed my life. My passion lies in creating an environment that enhances individuals' quality of life through fitness and I pride myself on going above and beyond for my clients. My approach focuses on injury prevention, eliminating the guesswork from your gym routine, and providing personalized guidance to help you achieve your fitness goals. Certifications & History
I’m certified by the American Council of Exercise and specialize in corrective exercise, biomechanics, post-orthopedic exercise, and senior fitness. Over my career, I’ve led over 8,000 training sessions and worked with clients ranging in age from 13 to 95.
